The Centec V580 Series TAP(Traffic Analysis Point) Switches are high performance high density TAP switches for traffic monitoring and analysis. V580 TAP switch is designed based on Centec’s fourth generation high density 10GE chipset CTC8096. It supports various TAP functions, including M: N Flow Copy, traffic aggregation, dynamic load balancing,time stamping and packet truncation. The system supports multiple management mechanism for rapid and flexible service deployment.Via open API ,it could be synchronized to applications for time/event triggers for configuration.The V580-TAP provides large capacity and high density ports with port speed of 1G/10G/40G/100G.
